About Brittni Winslow

Brittni is a pediatric occupational therapist, mother of three, and owner of a thriving pediatric therapy private practice. Her team is passionate about providing the best quality of care and enthusiastic about educating other providers on how to level up their practice.

EXPERTISE & HISTORY

Brittni Winslow, MS, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist who is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families through engaging, play-based, evidence-based practice. In addition to The Therapeutic Edge Collective, Brittni is the owner of Emerge Pediatric Therapy, a pediatric private practice with multiple locations in North Carolina. She spends time building partnerships with other professionals and organizations within her community as a way to strengthen relationships that will help support children and families outside of the clinic walls. These partnerships aid children in accessing spaces and resources within their community that they would have otherwise avoided.

As a practice owner, Brittni takes pride in pouring into her team, helping them to grow and advance in their own practice.  Emerge is known, not only for providing highly skilled interventions but also for providing excellent caregiver education. Being a parent of a neurodivergent child herself, Brittni knows firsthand that building confidence in caregivers to support their children outside of therapy is integral.

Brittni purchased The Pocket OT from Cara Koscinski, OTD, MOT, OTR/L, CAS in November 2023, rebranded, and set goals for 2024 and beyond to expand course content to include pediatric speech-language and physical therapy courses.  These courses will be designed to expand the practice of pediatric therapists in a way that will help them to level up their practice.

All of our courses are AOTA approved for continuing education. Since each state’s policies on CEU approval vary, it is up to each therapist to check their state requirements and regulations.

The Therapeutic Edge Collective will keep a record of your CE courses. This includes all complete, incomplete, and pending coursework. When applicable, transcript services may include reporting to professional associations and/or state licensure boards. While The Therapeutic Edge Collective will make all reasonable efforts to offer CE credit for its courses, it is not responsible for state or national, or regulatory current policies or changes in CE requirements that may make courses ineligible for CE credits.

Once a course payment goes through our system, you will see the course you purchased in your course dashboard. Please add info@thetherapeuticedge.com to your accepted email address list so you receive updates for office hours or information related to your course.
