My latest review is of Cozy Calm weighted blankets.

I received my shipment of the sample pack quickly. Fast and accurate shipping is very important so GREAT job here! The pack included both a fluid proof hospital-grade and home/clinic use blanket for review. I liked the fact that all blankets are filled with medical-grade plastic beads.

The home/clinic use blanket was EXTREMELY soft and my son with autism and SPD immediately clung to it! The hospital-grade blanket was also quite comfortable. This is the blanket I’d use in my clinic as it can easily be wiped down safely with germicide. It was less soft than the other fabric BUT the great benefit is that it’s still soft and can be easily cleaned and wiped down between clients for OT/sensory clinic use. The blankets aren’t cheap but are well worth their price as they are all professionally made.

Other perks: FREE shipping in the continental US, machine washable, and there is a weight chart to guide you when ordering.

Many people struggle with sensory processing difficulties. Regulating emotions, knowing when to eat, drink, go to the toilet, and feeling your breathing and heart rate all depend on our internal awareness.
